Are you ready to take the challenge?

If you struggle with binge eating, emotional eating, stress eating, or if you repeatedly manage to lose weight only to gain it all back, you may be approaching things with the wrong mindset.

Most contemporary thought on overeating and bingeing focuses on healing and self-love. But people who’ve overcome food and weight issues often report it was more like capturing and caging a rabid dog than learning to love their inner child…

Open the cage even an inch – and it’ll quickly burst out and destroy your healthy eating plans, undoing all your progress in a heartbeat.

Based on the bestselling book* by renowned psychologist Dr. Livingston, the “Never Binge Again” system includes specific techniques for isolating and permanently dis-empowering your “internal overeating and binge eating voice”.

Your Coach

Dr Jolanda Niemann

I have been where you are and I have felt the way you do.

My struggles with binge eating started at age 12 and I struggled for most of my life and have seen the effect it has on myself, my family and my clients as I worked as a health professional.

I have tried all the usual ways of dieting and exercise, trying to help my clients the best way I knew how with poor to fair results. Then I discovered this Binge Quit (NBA) system. It is the only system that has actually set me free from my own obsession with food. This is why I want to share it with you and help you start a new life too.
